Based on the following comment from DigitalX some weeks ago when I questioned them about CR,
"The company doesn’t need to raise capital this quarter. If the right funding package came to us to enable advanced marketing of AirPocket in additional corridors, we would look at it."
IMO the funding partner is our unnamed payment provider, and they have been promised 30 million shares (as Konfi has pointed out in the new redchip report that have been allowed for). These shares will come from the escrowed shares management are due to receive after June 16th 2016.
After this date we will be told the payment partner and the funding package they will provide us in exchange for 30 million shares in DigitalX. IMO this will be the capital raising providing us with approx 4.5 Million in funding to allow us to expand either into Brazil or India.
