I'm sure when a new App is added it gets bounced around in the rankings so that users have a chance to find it and if downloaded then the rankings remain steady. As the SMS campaign hasn't started it's highly unlikely many people are aware of the App and what it does (yet).
As for the seller...why the F hasn't anyone from management made a token on market purchase? Since I've been in DCC and from what I can tell from previous announcement they've never done this. Why not? Zhenya has the money regardless of how many shares he owns. He missed the options so cough up some bloody dough and show some support for your own goddam product(s).
