If they successfully engage, retain and grow the sub bases and the overheads have been carefully controlled then I can't see how it can be below the minimum. If high rates are achieved there is a possibility of a higher value but it would be due to a large PE attributed by shareholder interest not necessarily reflective of the actual revenue amount. That is how tech stocks work, if the market locks on you can guarantee that the MC will far surpass the actual growth revenue at that moment. This is good but usually there will be a rerate to correct along the way, unless growth is sustained and has some reliability.
