I think the presentation was talking about current projects with news expected soon. Take for example our San Luis Li project in Argentina, it's just as good as catamarca with double the land and is not included in the JV. It's rarely mentioned. Katweezel on Twitter pointed to the potential for Cesium in San Luis which brings it to a whole new level.

Halloysite is also my favorite right now with drilling to start soon but we might get surprising announcements any day now on multiple fronts.
A credit raise is probable now that we are also exploring the Gold projects simultaneously . However I don't think we will require it anytime soon but maybe early next year. The drilling for Halloysite is low cost 30-50m soft rock that could be done and dusted within 1-2 weeks. Furthermore the recent CR's have been with minimum dilution.
