Since I was particularly interested in the Guadalupit project's REE potential, I've delved a little more into the Jorc and it's looking very promising. Those invested in REE companies would tell you this is a hot commodity atm. My knowledge is limited on REE in terms of mining and pricing. All I know is it's in high demand now and will be well into the future. Even governments have thrown their weight behind potential REE miners.



A quick search on google for Rare Earth Elements will show just how much this commodity is in demand. Electric vehicles, 5G , Artificial Intelligence etc

The next question is how much do we have, and how easily extractable is it.















So from previous LRS announcements, we find that "REE bearing Monazite are present in potentially recoverable quantities and are well liberated". In other words, we have it and they are easy to extract.






















I guess what really matters is How much do we have REE and what is it worth.

We know we have 130-260Kt inferred Resource as a minimum.

However, with the resource capable of increasing to 5billion tonnes we can multiply the 130-260Kt by five which gives a best-case scenario of 650-1300Kt.

A lot more drilling and assaying is required to bring the Resource up to Measured and Indicated.

As for the value, I absolutely have no idea. REE is a range of different metals with different pricing and I don't know exactly what we have anyway to research further but what we can do is look into the current pricing of different REE. Some can be as high as $273,000 per tonne for dysprosium Oxide. Terbium oxides can fetch $935,000 per tonne.
Again please If anyone has knowledge of rare earth elements please feel free to comment as this is new to me. I'd be more than happy to be corrected on any of the information in this post.

Below are a few tables of REE prices, some elements are sold in kg and other in mt. One price list as recent as last Friday. It should give you a good idea of pricing however with what we have exactly is still a mystery. All I know is that we have a huge resource.
