If directors look at projects in any sector other than what we are currently in, shareholders will be looking at a dilution of approx.200%.
There would be a mandatory chapters 1 and 2 from asx/asic,share consolidation(smaller shareholders would need to top up their current holdings). Expert, auditor and accountant reports. Legal fees,asx fees, computershare fees and a need for working capital in the bank. All these items require much time and expenditure.
If they were to decide on a mining project massive capital raisings will be required to fund the operation, which again will dilute shareholders.
