I am not a party to any transaction that might not be mining.
I know of major shareholders who are talking to the board.
I do not have a vested interest, other than being a trustee of a trust therefore being a shareholder that does not agree with the way that this company has and is being run.
I am not looking for a board position.
I am not getting shares.
I have met Wendy three times the last time being 12 months ago.
I have also been burnt and do not want to be burnt again. That is why I do not agree with going down the mining track, costs associated with change direction etc, and massive dilution affects us all.
Raising money and broker support is a hard task at present. Look at asic offer lists at present and look at up and coming floats. Very few are coming to fruition. And a mining play requires Millions of $$$$.
I am a realist and only want what is best for shareholders and do not believe that a junior miner is the right space in these current economic times. And would think that MOT would have severe difficulty in passing chapters 1 & 2 in the short term.
