Yes big congrats MST, it certainly puts a more attractive complection on Rights issue, aimed partly at smaller holders like myself to help negate dilution factor on holdings value, is noted and appreciated.
It'll be interesting to see what influence this MAUL contract has on other law enforcement entities globaly and how soon? I did notice how important the quick scalability from non-lethal to lethal was in this instance, I'm sure this is true accross most of MST's applications.
