I'd like to know how much Michelmore and Co will be getting as a 'kickback' from Minmetals to make this deal go through. The lack of information to shareholders and the abysmal way this whole saga has beend dealt with leaves me in absolutely no doubt whatsoever that Michelmore's pockets will be well lined when this deal is done.
