The real challenge with this "regen medicine" isn't, for the most part, going to be the science - certainly not it appears in so far as Adult Stem Cells are concerned - it's going to be vested interests, whether they be, i) established industry players or ii) prominent regulators, ie, the USFDA.
That's why I again highlight the ***importance of what the Japanese are doing***, they obviously appreciate that unless a major developed health market sets a supportive platform, things will simply grind onward at only an ants crawl!
