IMO, Anything is possible but reality imo will show that the likelihood of shareholders getting their capital back is extremely low

Getting things for next to free - fire sale or a bargain price while in distress is the way BUSINESS is always done at this end of the market

How many of these type of stocks are ever going concerns without constant capital raisings ?

This has nothing to do with integrity

IMO,
CASHCOWS for a select few - while true believers still hold on to hope and believe that some kind of magic or miracle will take place
