There's a few here Q that have worked on and around mills and understand that the problems at Cascavel are eminently fixable and turnaround can be exceptionally quick. 

A ball mill solution for Cascavel is on the cards and an economic cure to the troublesome fine gold. Yes they've taken a long time to get to grips with the problem but that's mining; not many projects are in profit from day one.
