if you believe it will shine with creamy returns in long term I say the time to buy is NOW.
But with a strategy.
Better to start with a partial parcel so you won't have the feeling of 'regret' anymore, then wait to buy more till it drops around support or breaks the resistance.
You might decide the size of your initial parcel based on your belief of whether it breaks resistance or drops to support first.
I think this is a safe approach and it won't go very wrong even in worst scenarios. But IMO considering the SP is 40% off its high for a while and the bottom is proved multiple times, any good news with the current optimism on broader market will send the SP back to align with the company fundamentals.
If you are looking for short term trade to ride on the swing then obviously this is not a fit.
