I think it is good form for a company to stick to their proposed deadlines or atleast update the market promptly if something has changed. As states before a lag between the decision being made and the market being updated or the stock being put into TH leaves the door open for insider trading and manpiulation so its just good practice IMO. Considering how long the DD period was and the companies track record it would be nice to be kept in the loop that is all.
