In my opinion the dilution is completely offset by the value of what we're gaining (and then some), so any new contracts would be a cherry on top.
Assuming this goes through, when the 6 month escrow period endsm what do you think the CSIRO will do with the shares?
Regardless, I'm really happy about the whole announcement and hopeful that we'll see some more contracts soon.
