Also, there would have to be a reseller for AVLs batteries and what power company would want to resell a battery that results in consumers having no power bills. Unless AVL partner with an electricity retailer and lease the batteries but then there are issues associated with upfront capital costs. A partnership with a solar panel manufacturer or reseller seems to make more sense but what would the cost of the battery be for a household?? For regional commercial its a no brainer but household economics is what I am wondering about.
