I was interested in Todd Richardson after hearing Graham Arvidson’s comments.
Starting at about 10 minutes into that video he says Todd is one of the most respected individuals in the lithium industry and has been driving AVL progress the last four years and that Todd is actually the reason Graham joined AVL!

In April, 2022 AVL notified shareholders it had secured a patent on a process “to economically recover vanadium from oxidised and transitional zones common zones common to VTM deposits worldwide.“

…. Then last November @Azzz [see post] shared the patent details.
Todd is listed as one of the three inventors.
Interestingly so is the lead process engineer at Primero - Sai Wei Lam.

I’m wondering how exciting this new processing invention is?
There was a story back in 2019 about testing at Metso facilities in Pennsylvania but can somebody with more knowledge please update me on progress etc?

Also if it is such an excellent extraction process does it have the ability to be licensed?
