Harvest is well underway across the major cotton growing regions as farmers gather pace to pick the largest crop Australia's has ever seen.
In and around St George-Dirranbandi on irrigated farms they are seeing very promising yeild of 10 to 11 bales hectare.
If tandou can get these result they will not only fill there forward contract but will have some handy bales left over.
The negative news out of china surrounding mill demand has flowed onto the market at presant time which in reply has forced cotten price little lower.
On the positve side the USA is in serve drought and looks like they are way late in there seasonal sowing program wich will bring stabilty to the market in near term and tandou could see good prices for there surplus bales.
