woody if we both had the same economics and we were both running towards the finish line at the same time I would agree about the benefits of eliminating the competition

everyone is very ignorant that just because it's the same orebody they will process through the same plant!

clearly there are variations within the same orebody hence why we can produce titanium on one side of the orebody but not on the other and hence why our flow sheets are very different. ie you dont see the need for TMT releasing patents for there process because it's all been done before.

I don't see AVL as major competition for finance. they may be as far as retail $$$ pouring in but that's about it. being 12-18 months behind us on approvals with inferior economics rules them out compared to TMT imo
