    We know that stockpiles are heading down..
    Copper price is still pretty high and stable .
    Its a moot point as to whether usage is heading up or down but marginal either way.
    As they say 2 out of 3 aint bad.

    I think Sp's at any time are decided by higher powers so you just gotta go with the flow in the short term .
