In away I sympathise with the new manager Mike Dunbar.
He appears to be locked into a situation where he has no control over when the Mill will become available to him. (This was not through his own making.)
However I remember the previous MD Rob Bills , after being duded on the last Mills deal saying it would not happen again and they had put in the contract strict penalty clauses for failing to comply.
So I am confused.
No idea what is going on.
