The JV has to the end of 2025 to process 60,000oz and pay ERM 6% or they have to pay the equivalent which is roughly $10m.
The problem becomes does it make more sense for TCMG to starve ERM while funding the drilling up until the last minute to ensure the SP remains low and gives them the best chance to pick up shares or launch a buyout.
