"IMO future cap. raise will be done at higher prices when Plant is announced to the market" Is that the Plant whose purchase has already been announced twice to the market (most recently when they announced it would be delivered before the end of 2023) or is this a new mill (which I think would make it the 6th processing plant in ERM history)?

And why would a plant the TCMG has already bought, would be operated by TCMG and be fed (at least initially) by mines that TCMG will operate (providing ERM with a 6% royalty) trigger a cap raising by ERM?
