Here's a photo of a 1.5MW diesel/generator setup. That would give you an idea of the ballpark size. Bit hard to judge scale from the photo, I would estimate the whole setup including motor, generator and cooling would be 3-4 meters long

The electric generator itself isn't all that big. I am not sure how large a low-temperature steam turbine would be.
