the fact is new director put in $400k dollars at 0.4c to get this Junior and he need make money by doing that, so he should actively looking and DD and assess..

once they found the right one which meet ASX requirements(they are oiler and vending a oil/gas assets) so it should be not that hard and complicated to comply...

we just need patience to get them do things right and HOG will be a multi baggers when news announced...

the long wait will be worth big pay back....
