I think the only bubble is the one some bears live in.

Have you ever looked at house prices in other countries? In parts of Asia & Europe you need to incomes just to purchase an apartment near major capital cities.

I have been waiting over 4 years for this so called crash. Wake me up when we get there please cause you bears have put me to sleep with the same BS day after day, months after month & year after year.

Probably time for mods to shut this property forum down. It has now become pointless.
