...and in suburbs like bondi even worse!
it is creating strange conditions all around the coastal suburbs where it is mixing millionaires and backpackers only.
no (or almost none) average people whatsoever!
they all sold out due to chance of making some dough or, seeing the hordes of backpackers invading, ran away from noise!
