I think that is all those West Australian investors they sucked in with the positive geared properties spruik,lol.There was a stack of them buying those dog boxes at one stage.Rebel,it doesnt matter what proof you put up,the denial will continue.
I actually had a flyer from a real estate agent from that area posted to me about a month or so ago,and it actually said''there's no bubble'' on it.LOL
