Noam Chomsky was born December 7, 1928 , in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of William Chomsky, a Jewish emigrant from Russia. His father was a teacher of Hebrew and published a scholarly edition of a medieval Hebrew grammar. Between 1940 and 1945 he became acquainted with the workings of the socialist-anarchist New York City Jewish intellectual community and considered emigrating to Israel to work for Arab-Jewish cooperation. If William Chomsky wasn't lucky to be granted permanent entry to the USA , Noam , at most probable case would have joined the 6 millions that were murdered by the Nazies . If he migrated to Israel in the fifties , he might have ended in the IDF as a soldier , where he would have had most probably sighted in his own eyes , the endless count of the ARAB FEDAYIN who murdered children , women and any Israeli Jewish target between 1952 to 1956 . He might have changed the history of the left by becoming one of those he continuously love to hate .
If Noam was hypothetically been captured by Hizballa , Hamas , Al qaida and other Islamist terrorist , he would have been decapitated , as a JEW , no matter what his left intelligensia radicals views were .
But all the above scenarios did not eventuate of course because the "evil America" gave a shelter to William Chomsky and his beloved son has probably decided that the middle east was too murky and dangerous place to be in comparison to the beauty of Harvard and MIT ivory towers .
What the "proud Jew" has missed is the true experience of being with one of the finest people in this bloody world , namely Israelis . I am sure that deep inside , Noam knows this very true axiom . Israel and Israelis are so positively different from the deliberate negative image the media taint them with . BTW . the meaning of NOAM in Hebrew is "a state of tranquility and beuaty " . He is far away from being such a person . There is an adage in Hebrew that translates like this " Those who build you and those who scheme to destruct you ( through hatered ) will eminate from you " .duff
