House prices doubled from 1999 to 2004, in this period women employment had not changed...! FACT!

From 1997 Male employment is down 7%, and women employment is up only 10%

Thats a increase of 3% extra dual income earners over all, no way is that going to effect house prices now is it?

The only reason dual income earners are seen now buying property is because single income earners are priced out.
