and if you consider every other CEO statement...

"producing by early 2013."
"producing by early 2014."
"close to getting T/O agreement."
"close to getting finance."
"in talks with prospective buyers."
there is enough proof that either he is incompetent or a compulsive liar.

i'm sad for me and every other investor who has lost HONEST earned money here...

"as good as it gets." will make a great epitaph...might have that on my headstone when the time comes, but i sure as hell won't be asking Micky's outfit to dig my grave.
