The SPP is not 'pro-rata' as some have advocated in the previous thread announcing a trading halt, but is in line with what companies as varied as REH and SDF tend to do.
I'll be subscribing.
Seems to be a company with a future, and as Thedarby implied, must surely attract interest from (say) private equity entities.
I'd much prefer PFP to stay listed.
