If we were only talking about Galoc, and that's all there was, I'd agree with you.
The market obviously doesn't agree with your assessment of the two entities. It clearly sees something else, something you're missing or refuse to acknowledge.
You are now at liberty to tell us that the other co. has done a sp overshoot, and is bound to come back to a fair fundamental analysis sp anytime soon.
Even the professional fundamental analysers from broking houses add value for some up and coming projects...just take a look at any of the brokers reports on OEL.
Btw, in 2006 Galoc was clearly in the same position you have currently designated for West Linapacan.
