Your focus ONLY on Galoc and the two sp's is straight incompetence, especially when you know one co. has more on than the other in the near future!
I gave you a reasoned reply some days ago to your original question...baffled as to how it is fair enough for Ozgem but not for me.
Of the four or five points I gave you, you ranted and raved over and over about only one, the same kick you're on now, no other considerations...no rational thought process there.
You are preoccupied.
You are still carrying on like the kid in the school yard who didn't get his own way.
Btw, glad to see you realised your error from some weeks ago and have altered your operator return during pay back from 100% to 70%
