proper analysis

I think we need some proper analysis on this deal...

All I'm seeing from reports is that it's for an "early stage pipeline drug". Details?? This drug might not even get approved. Then what? If it does, are we a year, 2 years, 3 years from knowing?

I'm not overly satisfied with this announcement except for the name/pharma attached to it. It's the kind of ann. that gives short sellers more ammunition because if this is one of the 2 end of year deals they'll have a couple of months to sell the stock down as it isn't going to attract much buying due to the lack of details/nature of the deal (unless the second deal is amazing).

I hope someone can correct me if I'm wrong on any count!
