You are correct in my opinion. Without the capital raisings, PLS would be insolvent within a few months, just like A40.
They must deliver promised efficiencies, cost per ton must decline and they must make a profit within the next two quarterlies. The true believers don't seem to understand the jeopardy PLS is in.
