Very different markets, i personally cant see the same light switch effect on property here as in Ireland although i do think units are going take a real hit in the next 18months.
Just going to sit on the fence watch it unfold
One problem for most Australians is they have never worked in a recession which would test there metal if it happens and i believe many are way in over there heads in debt!!
Time will tell
