Hi Alan very true mate although the problem in Australia is that the wealthy are buying more and more properties and not selling. We are starting to become like the US. I must admit the dream of owning a home might soon be little more than just that - a dream.
Believe me the amount of clients I had that owned 5 to 10 properties was amazing and a lot of them in cash. What is worse is that rents are set to rocket so those that don't hold in cash will be able to more than afford it. Providing they are not over extended on dodgy loans of course.
