some good points....interesting regarding divorces increasing demand.
If we look at long term demographics what about all the baby boomers becoming empty nesters and downsizing? I know birth rate has kicked up somewhat of late but is there going to be a lot of future demand for big family houses in suburbia? unless immigration tap is really turned that is.
I know demand for property is strong which is fuelling price rises but it flies in the face of economic common sense. I give up, I can't work out the property market is has always worked out wrong for me :0( if I buy in again you can be sure the market has peaked.
