So very true Kincella , things are certainly moving forward again .My brother just auctioned his investment " flat " in Armadale Victoria ..record price . Ive been involved in property for over 20 years , and I can tell you for sure its going to get worse before you get even a brief reprieve .
This thought that some people seem to have that they can time the market exactly and move back in at a lower price is nothing short of crazy .
Property certainly AINT heading south . Its an excellent platform on which to build wealth , should be treated as a platform ..But if you really think you can time things exactly ..think again . Im certainly not selling my properties.
