kew............how do you feel knowing the price has risen 60% since you sold ???? and why did you sell anyway ???
I feel sick about it. I put everything into that place and renovated it from a dump and made it beautiful but broke up with my girlfriend, it was too big so I sold into a weak market, since then the market in that area has caught fire for no apparent reason.
But I put the money into an income producing asset so I should be alright.
And yes, I will make a sh!!t load off my shares, I don't doubt that.
But what is wrong with this country when the best returns come from bricks and mortar? sorry, it's BS.
