you could always buy some shares in a property group,,,,make some money that way.............axi was .02 couple of years ago, now about .54, they have a lot of land in near perth, wa, and into commercial property as well, own fairfax building in melb........might get to $3 in a year or so
dont buy into listed property groups...............they take out management fees and profits, u get whats left over
or apz, ebg (into hotel properties)
btw I have 3 houses in 'tree change area', regional city, may sell and buy melb............due to the drought problem, but otherwise I would not sell in this current environment ............cause am expecting prices to rise.....
