    Problem with decreasing stamp duty or increasing first home buyers grant is that those mechanisms stimulate price rise . "I can afford more now" .

    Property investors are sitting ducks .

    Good for the sharemarket possibly . Property investment exiting that class will enter the sharemarket market to some extent .
    Smarter too . Property trusts pay over 6% yeild and most city property yeilds around 2% .
