Baron1, real estate agents are making a mokery of the bidding process too. These vendor bids are a joke. I welcome multiple interest rate hikes. If the government allows immigrants to enter the country with no less than $200,000 in their bank accounts then Australians are done for. Its a cold hard fact which will hopefully end with a change of government.
