the first home grant is not the answer, last time around I bought 2 properties in one day...........said I am not a first home buyer, so they dropped the price by 7000 each..........it was too easy.............
think govt is looking at something like a tax deduction.........if you put money into a deposit account to save for the first home.....................yummmy, ways to exploit that one too
