thought there was still 'foreign investment rules' which block what foreign buyers can own ??????
think u need to be an aussie resident..........and most of those foreigners are
under those rules.........they could only buy certain properties, like spec building of units etc.................
aside from that argument............driven past a few auctions lately,,,,,,,,,,,,up to 100 people attending, feels like the frenzy days of 2003
