Interesting feedback Map. On Friday I was briefed at the university by two Macquarie managers. Their opinion - that the worst has past and there is a leveling out effect at the moment. Goes to show how opinions can differ :) Same institution but probably different regions. I don't know where you are referring to but it sounds like WA. My feedback was from the Sunshine Coast Queensland. I would think that regional dynamics have a huge impact on how the property market is viewed. So its difficult to generalize as a lot do here.
