    I know Sector Lead is convinced interest rates wont go up in his life time, but for everyone else not in their 80's you cant tell me everyone will be able to still pay higher prices than today when home loans go for 7% - 10% again.

    If housing costs double, 7% today would be like 14% tomorrow.. not going to happen without a significant burst in prices.
