You want me to say population size drives prices, and not the supply / demand ratio? that is stupid, I dont think anyone with half a brain would agree to that. of cause its the supply / demand ratio.
China with 1 billion population have about 6 million homes up for sale for $300K US all stood empty for years.. reason their 1 billion population doesnt drive the price up is because nearly all of them earn $2 a day. As i said, housing needs to be in the price of the buyer or it doesnt sell.
