    Because everyone can afford to wack down $200K deposits on their first house after paying current rental prices..

    Apparently its less than 1% of Australians have over $250K in the bank.. Just incase you think everyones doing it

    I know because i was trying to work out how many people like me were in the same boat as having ballances higher than the $250K limit the governement was currently guaranteeing.
